FRANCHES-MONTAGNES STEAM TRAIN

« La Traction » invite you to step on board the Franches-Montagnes Steam Train for an unforgettable journey in time though beautiful scenery.

Every year, thanks to our committed and enthusiastic volunteers, the steam trains make about a dozen scheduled runs between June and September, from Pré-Petitjean station (near our depot) towards  Glovelier, Tavannes or La Chaux-de-Fonds 

Train composition permitting, you can book seats in one of our dining cars for the menu of the day. For instance, on the third Sunday in September (Federal Day of Thanksgiving, Repentance and Prayer), you could enjoy our fish menu.  

Warning: certain trains may be attacked by a merciless gang of outlaws. Fun guaranteed for all ages!
