Visit the depot

To run safely, La Traction’s vintage rolling stock requires considerable maintenance. This is undertaken by our volunteer members at our depot and workshop at Pré-Petitjean (Montfaucon), 

La Traction’s depot is open for visits on Saturdays, and, by prior request, on any other day.

Come and admire our steam locomotives and profit from what our members have to tell you. We look forward to welcoming you.

Individual or family visits on Saturdays (10h -12h and 13h – 16h) are free of charge. However, it is advisable to contact us by phone or e-mail beforehand, as the depot opening times are not guaranteed.

By prior arrangement, we also organise visits for groups on any day of the week, with a service of drinks and light bites, if desired.
